Shipping Methods
As for the shipping methods, we usually ship your order by USPS if you are the customers from United States or by EMS if from United Kingdom and other areas. For large order, please contact us directly at sales@edhardy-onsale.com to inquiry the way of shipment.

Total Delivery Time
Processing Time
= From the time we received your order to the time we start to package your order. Five working days (except two weekend holidays) to get your order looked at, your payment confirmed, to make sure the shipping address is correct and to collect the items you purchased.
Packaging Time
= Your order will be sent to the shipping company on the day of packing or no later than the next day.
Shipping Time
= The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you.
EMS: 5 to 7 shipping days.
USPS: 2 to 6 shipping days.

After your order is dispatched, we will offer you EMS or DHL tracking no. & website
There are two methods to get above information from us,
1. Visit our website and re-login to check the update status.
2. Check your e-mail, for we will send update status to your e-mail address.
Note: (If you can’t check it immediately with the tracking no. , please wait with patience. Some time is required by Express Company do uploading).

Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery
For those customers who do not receive your parcel within the above total delivery time, please check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website. Return & Replace Policy

Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn’t to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.

Repair
In 1 year (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and repaired. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will repair it and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the repaired products that we ship to you. Or you can also find your local repairing place nearby and fix the faulty items, then a copy of the receipt for repairing cost is requested to send to us and we will pay the cost after check it. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage through the faulty item pictures you send to us. The repairing cost should not be reimbursed by us if its quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.)

Replacement
Non-quality Problems
In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer through Paypal the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
Quality Problems
In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.)

Return and partial refund
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.
I am not satisfied with this product.”
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

Return and full refund
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included). (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.)
